What are your hours? Fit By Design personal training sessions are by appointment only. However, we do have a wide variety of open appointment times and generally have always been able to accomadate everyones needs. Typically Monday through Friday we have our earliest appointments at 5:30am and currently go as late as 7:30pm with limited times on the weekends. Call to reserve your spot today (760) 777-0604! What are your prices? With no membership fees, sign up fees or any other hidden fees our prices are some of the most affordable around! Our personal training sessions range between $25hr - $35hr depending on the number of clients sharing the session. We understand the hurting economy and because we believe healthy living is so important we have kept our rates low, so call us today and we can find something that meets your needs!
How many sessions per week should I train? Depending upon the individuals goals this answer varies, however, generally we recommend that the client trains at least 3 days a week to see the best results. We do understand budgets and time constraints and that is why we work with ieach individual on what is resonably going to work for them and often create homework for our clients. Our goal is for you to meet your goal!
What classess do you offer? Currently we offer Zumba, Yoga and Bootcamp. All of our classes are designed for every level, so don't be shy come join us! There is limited space, so call or click HERE to sign up and/or view the class schedule.
Can I work out at the studio on my own? Unfortunately, if you are looking for an open gym then we are not the studio for you. Due to the fact that we like to keep our enviornment personal and uncrowded we do not allow clients to drop-in and train on there own. However, we do allow our current clients to do extra cardio time on there own, free of extra charge. Since we are by appointment only, we do ask our clients to call first to ensure that there is space and that someone is in the gym.
How long does it take to see results? This varies based on a number of things such as: the number of days you are training, your commitment (you get out of it what you put in to it), how well the client listens to their trainers instructions on training and nutrition away from the studio and personal limitations. On a general basis the client should be able to feel and/or see results within a couple of months.
I want to lose weight and I don't want to get big muscles, is personal training for me? Absolutely! Among the many benefits of personal training when you begin gaining muscle that will help to raise your bodies metabolisim and burn fat. Additionally, as part of each clients package we go through an assessment and discuss resonable and attainable goals to create an individual workout plan to meet those goals. Thus, if your focus is to lose weight then your custom workout plan and trainer will be there to help you to lose and maintain a healthy weight.
